Hawaiian Sugar Snaps

Served with Ham Steak

pineapple slices and brown sugar

Directions: Melt butter and olive oil in medium
saucepan. Add onions and garlic. Sauté. Add celery and sauté
until garlic and onions are browned. Then add tomato, basil and
tarragon. Simmer until tomatoes are tender. Add pineapple chunks,
pineapple juice, marinade and sugar snaps. Simmer for about 10 mins.
